Manufactured in a toughened IP23 S class nylon casing the Fusion MA Range
is designed to endure all the rigors demanded of portable welding equipment
both on site and in the workshop.
The single-phase 230V or 110V MA model options offer the ultimate choice in
portable DC welding inverters. Software driven, the power source fitted with
easy to use controls and a large digital output display meter, provides all
the features required for MMA & Scratch Start TIG welding applications.
MMA welding with all Types of Electrodes including cellulosic up to 5.0mm in
diameter is made easy with the MSD auto sensing arc force control that also
provides for automatic hot-start electrode ignition. When activated a specially
developed short circuit detection device switches the power converter off so
electrode stick down is virtually eliminated.
Scratch Start TIG welding can be completed using an appropriate TIG welding
torch. The mode control selector fitted allows for quick selection of either
the MMA or scratch TIG welding mode. |
